The Minx set off before noon for Leeds & an open-air show including Paul Young & Midge Ure. Anyone not in the UK, subject to recent & imminent floods & downpours, may not twitch with terror at the words open-air show.
Shelf organisation in the morning & shelf organisation of a major order in the afternoon, carrying & loading photo albums from World HQ into the Annexe of former-garaging space, and an evening practising.
Four decades of travelling has left me a mess of stuff, valuable personal & historical materiality, to organise. I intend to remain where we are, an aim which has eluded me for 27 years, so am investing time & energy into bringing order into a life of constant motion.
And practising is good.
